The AI coach uses advanced language models to offer guidance while maintaining strict boundaries against medical or therapeutic advice. While the AI can provide helpful support for personal development, it cannot and does not provide medical diagnoses or professional mental health services.

 

We believe in complete transparency about how our AI system works. The system analyzes your conversations to provide relevant support, but operates within carefully defined parameters to ensure safe and appropriate guidance. All interactions are monitored automatically for quality and safety, allowing us to detect potential crisis situations and guide users to professional help when needed.

 
Information We Collect and Why

To provide our service, we collect and use specific personal information:

  • Essential Information: Your name and birth date help us personalize the service and verify your age eligibility. Your phone number enables secure authentication through SMS verification. We may collect email addresses in the future for service communications.

  • Conversation Data: When you interact with our AI coach, we store your conversations, voice call transcripts, and any commitments or action plans you develop. This information is always encrypted to protect your privacy while enabling the AI to provide consistent, personalized support.

  • Usage Information: We track basic service usage to improve our platform and measure effectiveness. This never includes the content of your conversations.

While we must keep basic information like your name and phone number accessible to provide the service, all conversations and coaching content are encrypted in a way that only you can access.

For shared conversations, we use advanced encryption that ensures only people you specifically invite can access the content. This encryption is designed so that even our own systems cannot read your private conversations except when you interact with the service.

Voice calls are transcribed automatically and stored with the same level of encryption as text conversations. The original audio is not retained after transcription.

Crisis Detection and Support

Our system includes automated monitoring to identify potential crisis situations while maintaining your privacy. If serious concerns are detected, we activate specific support protocols:

  • The AI coach will pause regular coaching on sensitive topics

  • You'll receive information about professional help resources

  • Regular support remains available for other topics

  • Certain topics may be restricted until professional help is confirmed

This monitoring uses encrypted processing to protect your privacy while ensuring user safety.

Data Retention and Account Management

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our service. When you delete your account, we immediately remove your personal information from our active systems. For technical security reasons, backup data is retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

 

If you've participated in shared conversations, please note that other participants will still have access to those conversations even after you delete your account. This ensures continuity of support for all users while respecting individual privacy choices.

Service Analytics and Communication

To improve our service, we use limited analytics tools. Our website uses Google Analytics with proper consent mechanisms, while our app employs privacy-preserving server-side conversion tracking. This tracking uses hashed identifiers and captures only basic usage metrics—never the content of your conversations or personal interactions.

 

We may send two types of communications:

  1. Service Messages: Important updates about your coaching journey, including follow-ups on commitments you've made with the AI coach. These are essential to providing our service.

  2. Marketing Messages: Optional communications about premium features or service updates. You can opt out of these at any time through your app settings.

Under GDPR, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. We make it easy to exercise these rights through our service:

  • Access and Control: View and download your personal information directly through the app. 

  • Data Portability: Download your conversation history and personal information in a machine-readable format suitable for transfer to other services.

  • Information Management: Update your personal details and communication preferences through app settings at any time.

  • Data Deletion: Request complete account deletion through the app, understanding the limitations regarding shared conversations mentioned above.

We carefully limit our use of third-party services to protect your privacy. All data processing occurs within the European Union, and we ensure our service providers maintain strict data protection standards matching our own. We never sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
