Verke provides an artificial intelligence coaching platform to support individuals with mild personal issues and stress management through web and mobile applications, offering text and voice interactions with an AI Agent.
2. Definitions
- Service — The AI coaching platform provided by Verke AB, accessible through web and mobile applications.
- AI Agent — The artificial intelligence system providing coaching and support.
- Coaching — Automated guidance, suggestions, and support provided by the AI Agent.
- Crisis Situation — Any circumstance involving potential harm, severe mental health issues, or emergencies.
- Premium Features — Additional capabilities available through paid subscriptions.
- Professional Care — Healthcare, mental health, or other services provided by licensed human practitioners.
- Session — Any interaction between a user and the AI Agent, including text and voice communications.
- Shared Chat — Any conversation where multiple users have been granted access.
3. Service Description
Core Features
The Service provides AI-based coaching through text and voice interactions, designed to support personal growth and stress management. The platform synchronizes across web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent access to conversations and support resources.
Technical Requirements
The Service requires a stable internet connection and compatible device. Recommendations include:
- A modern web browser or official mobile application
- Stable internet connection with adequate bandwidth for voice calls
- Device audio capabilities for voice interactions
Verke is not responsible for service degradation resulting from inadequate technical conditions on the user's end.
Service Limitations
The Service explicitly does not replace professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic services. The AI Agent provides algorithmic responses based on patterns and programming, not human professional judgment. While helpful for mild personal issues, the Service cannot address severe mental health concerns, emergencies, or crisis situations.
4. Account Management
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Verke reserves the right to verify age and identity information. Users under the age required by their local jurisdiction for personal data processing must provide verifiable parental consent.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Update your information to keep it current
- Notify Verke immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use secure and unique passwords
Verke may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or appear to be compromised.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the Service interface. Upon deletion:
- Your personal information will be removed from active systems
- Your subscription will be cancelled without refund
- Messages in shared conversations remain accessible to other participants
- Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
5. AI Coaching Service
AI Capabilities and Limitations
The AI Agent uses advanced algorithms to provide support and guidance. However, users must understand that the AI:
- Cannot truly comprehend emotions or situations as humans do
- Provides responses based on patterns and programming
- May make mistakes or provide inappropriate suggestions
- Cannot guarantee accuracy or effectiveness of recommendations
Monitoring and Safety
The system continuously monitors all interactions for user safety. This monitoring:
- Occurs in real-time across text and voice interactions
- May trigger automatic safety protocols
- Could result in immediate session termination
- Helps identify patterns requiring professional intervention
Verke maintains this monitoring to protect users while preserving privacy through encryption and secure processing.
Crisis Protocol
Phase 1 — Immediate Response:
- Coaching interactions are suspended
- Emergency resource information is provided
- Professional help recommendations are issued
Phase 2 — Service Limitation:
- Specific topics may be permanently restricted
- Regular coaching remains available for non-crisis topics
- Return to full service requires verification of professional care
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Terms
Verke offers monthly subscriptions for premium features. All subscriptions:
- Automatically renew each billing cycle
- Continue until cancelled by you
- May be modified with notice as required by law
Payment Processing
All payments are processed in Euro (EUR) through secure payment providers. Verke accepts major credit cards and other specified payment methods. Failed payments may result in immediate service limitation. Multiple payment failures may lead to subscription cancellation.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial periods
- Separately purchased sessions remain available until used
- Unused subscription time or sessions are non-refundable
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Data Storage
- All communications are encrypted in transit and at rest
- Personal data is processed according to GDPR requirements
- Data retention periods align with legal requirements and service needs
- Backups are maintained for system integrity
User Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

Shared Conversations
- Invited users retain access to shared conversation history
- Original message authors maintain ownership of their content
- Verke is not responsible for how invited users use shared information
- Sharing decisions are the responsibility of the sharing user
8. Legal Framework
Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verke AB disclaims liability for decisions or actions taken based on AI interactions, personal injury or emotional distress, service interruptions or technical failures, accuracy of AI responses or recommendations, disputes between users, content shared in conversations, loss of data despite security measures, and force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
Direct Resolution (14 days): Submit concerns through the support system; receive initial response within 14 days; attempt good-faith resolution.
Mediation (60 days): Professional mediation if direct resolution fails; costs shared equally unless otherwise agreed; conducted in English or Swedish.
Final Resolution: Unresolved disputes referred to Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN); proceedings in Gothenburg, Sweden; subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any formal proceedings shall be brought in Gothenburg, Sweden, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
9. Service Changes and Termination
- Material changes require advance notice per applicable law
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications
- Users disagreeing with changes may terminate their account
- Verke reserves the right to terminate service for Terms violations
